Providing Screenshots for HappyFox Tickets

Please provide a screenshot of your entire window without cropping. If you're not sure how to do that, see the official Microsoft guide or look at the instructions below.

How to take a Screenshot
1. Open your Start Menu and search for "snip". On the right side under the Snip & Sketch icon, click Take a new snip.


2. At the top of your screen, select the Window Snip option. Move your mouse over your browser window to where the window is no longer dim, then click.


3. Paste your full screenshot into the ticket. You do not need to paste the screenshot into a Word document or save it - just paste it directly into the textbox.
